Who we are. This website is operated by SteriPro Canada LP and SteriPro International Inc. ("SteriPro," "we," "us"), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with a U.S. head office in Chicago, Illinois. Contact: info@steriprocanada.com, 1-905-766-4051.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organization, role, province or state, the reason for your inquiry, and your message. When you email or call us, we collect what you choose to share.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. We use privacy-respecting analytics for aggregate statistics, not individual profiling.
We do not collect patient information through this website, and we ask that you not submit any patient information through it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about;
- To operate, secure, and improve the website;
- To meet legal and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. and delivered to SteriPro staff. Website hosting is provided by Vercel, Inc. These providers may store data outside your province, state, or country; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete them. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial and U.S. state privacy laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to info@steriprocanada.com and we will respond within the timelines the law requires. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your state authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted information is limited to SteriPro staff who need it to respond. SteriPro's corporate quality and security practices operate under our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified management systems.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
