John has a BA, in Sociology and Anthropology specialized in health care systems from the University of Alberta. His work experience includes Senior Equipment Planner for the Walter C. Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre expansion project, Regional Director at the Capital Health Edmonton, and Assistant Project Director at the W.W Cross Cancer Institute. John also consulted for Alberta Health Services and Manitoba Health, reviewing MDRDs in the regions for compliance with the introduction of CSA MDR-specific accreditation. John has extensive experience in health care architectural, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
